Forging for Gear internals, Material we use -

• For heavy duty critical Gears is 17 Cr Ni Mo 6 / 18 Cr Ni Mo 7
• For volume hardened soft series Gear Spares EN-24, 42 Cr Mo 4
• For output shafts i.e. shafts without gears CK -60, EN-19, EN 9

Materials are procured from Most renowned Forging Mfgrs. with V.D. route, forging ratio (4:1) & special anealling processes like iso-thermal anealling.

Each and every Forging material is tested for -

1. Chemical Composition.
2. Ultrasonic Soundness.
3. Micro structure Analysis ( For forging quality assurance ).
4. Mechanical properties (Tensile Strength, Yield Stress, Elongation ).

We provide you original material test certificates of the reputed forging supplier along with our internal inspection reports.

Perfect designs required high quality materials for manufacturing of Gears. We took extreme care while procuring raw materials and bought-out items with stringent quality check at inward.

Housings are manufactured either with C.I. FG 260 Grade, Or C. S. IS 1030. We have world renowned foundries based at Sangli, Kolhapur.

For more strength Housings are fabricated with prime quality M.S. plates, duly stress relieved before machining after welding. We have associate company with very advanced fabrication facilities neighboring to us.

Bearings, Seals, Hardware and Bought-out items.

All bearings are of standard make includes SKF, FAG also Japanese Bearings like NTN, NSK and Koyo are used after customer consents.

Bearings are tested for Originality precisely including C.M.M. Testing.

Seals are Spare age make or Dista Swizerland (Split seals can be provided).
