Special normalizing procedures are adopted ( sub critical annealing, Iso Thermal annealing) which are finalized & inspected by our Heat treatment consultant.               Cast Iron Housings- are procured from foundries with Spectra report and chemical analysis report, Hard ness test report. (world renowned foundries are based at our area) Bearings (SKF/FAG/NTN/KOYO Make)             Bearings are procured from renowned Bearing distributors. Originality of these Bearings is checked precisely. Lubrication systems seals & other hardware items are procured from proper proven sources.

TEST REPORT  
                Test data acquisition system is developed, it monitors & records all Gearbox test results providing, complete analysis of Bearing, Gearing temperatures, vibration frequencies, Oil flow & Noise.
               We provide complete documentation package for each Gearbox. This documentation package provides customers the history of units from the time we start diagnosing, existing conditions, manufacturing process adopted, test data accumulated. This provides excellent maintenance history & back ground information for future reference.
